Serving on a Benefit Committee for a major event. Committees might include:

Corporate Tables
Gala Program book
Welcoming committee
Silent auction
Decorating
Invitations

Volunteering in the Music For All Seasons offices (if you live close to Scotch Plains, NJ).

Responsibilities might include:

Data entry (with experience)
Clerical tasks
Answering telephone
Mailings
