Music For All Seasons - Sponsorship Programs

Music for All Seasons seeks creative ways to encourage sponsorship of its many programs. Partnerships are frequently formed with local facilities in order to raise the necessary funding to bring our programs to their residents.

Foundation Program
Individual foundations have specific objectives as to their particular interest and mission. We seek foundations whose missions coincide with ours in terms of the constituencies we serve and the issues we address.

Corporate Partners Program
We link our mission objectives with corporate strategic objectives for community involvement in the following manner:

1. Presenting live musical performances of the highest possible quality on a regular basis in wide-ranging institutions · We serve the primary constituencies frequently identified in corporate strategic plans for community involvement:

at risk children
isolated and at risk women
seniors with serious illnesses, including depression and Alzheimer's
all members of society suffering from isolation and depression

2. Using live music to aid the healing process... We share many corporations' commitments to extending healing into the communities they serve.

shelters for victims of domestic violence

3. Providing the opportunity for young professional artists to serve special audiences and raising the awareness of the need for such service... We encourage performers and assist them to provide this important community service by:

training performers in how to work with special audiences
removing the barriers between artists and performers
providing performances on a professional level

4. Creating regular volunteer opportunities for employees to serve their local communities · We are dedicated to creating permanent, long-term affiliations and commitments through our Docent Program between the artists/volunteers and our audiences

We are committed to making long-term improvements to the quality of life of special populations in local communities, through partnerships with corporate and non-profit organizations and their individual employees who are willing to give small amounts of time.

Individual Sponsorship
Individuals provide financial support on a wide variety of levels. Small donations are applied to a pool where they will collectively underwrite a program or a series of programs at a facility. Many individuals will underwrite a program or a series at a facility, to celebrate a birthday, memorialize a loved one, remember a friend, or simply because they care to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate.

Annual events provide regular opportunities for individuals to purchase tickets, enjoy a memorable evening, and support the work of Music For All Seasons.

Corporate Sponsorship of Annual Events
Every year a variety of underwriting opportunities exist for corporations to support a specific event and, at the same, contribute to the work of Music For All Seasons. Such opportunities can be very attractive to companies as they may carry a high degree of exposure in the media and public acknowledgment in advertising, flyers, programs, etc.

Sponsor Recognition
Recognition takes many forms, but is most commonly, an announcement at a facility that this program was underwritten by a particular individual, foundation, or corporation. If programs are provided, sponsors are always listed in the program or on flyers and posters. Music For All Seasons will attempt to attract local press to specific events and will circulate Press Releases where a location or a donation is particularly noteworthy and of public interest.
