Before the day of the program ask Music For All Seasons for information about the program, and information you will need to complete the Performance Information Form. Call the facility and introduce yourself to the contact person. Let that person know you will attend and that you will help to introduce the performers. (In some facilities, their own representative does the introduction.)

Day of the program arrive fifteen minutes before the scheduled performance time and speak with the contact person. Introduce yourself to the performers and ask them if there is anything they need, or any information they would like you to include in your introduction. Speak with the attendees on behalf of Music For All Seasons and give a brief overview of the organization. Be sure to mention the sponsors, if applicable; then introduce the musicians.

After the program thank the people attending the program, as well as the musicians and the facility representative and sponsors. An evaluation form may be given to the facility's contact person and to the musicians (to be completed within a few days).

Follow-up share with Music For All Seasons your observations of how the program was handled and received. Call the facility or send a note. Please keep a notebook containing your Performance Information Forms.
