Executive Director: Brian F. Dallow
The founding Executive Director and President of the Board of Trustees
of Music For All Seasons, Inc. is Brian Dallow, a concert pianist,
composer, educator, and highly respected arts administrator. Mr.
Dallow was the founding Executive Director of both the New York
Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra and the Philharmonic Orchestra of New
Jersey, as well as the Executive Director of the Plainfield Symphony
and Director of Marketing for the New Jersey State Opera. For fourteen
years he taught Music Theory and Composition at Rutgers University
in New Brunswick and at Temple University in Philadelphia.
Artistic Director: Rena Fruchter
The founding Artistic Director of Music For All Seasons, Inc. is
Rena Fruchter, a distinguished concert pianist, educator, former
arts commentator and columnist for the New York Times/New Jersey
Weekly, the Central New Jersey Home News and other prestigious national
publications. As the CEO of Martine Avenue Productions, she is responsible
for the release of several historic Dudley Moore recordings as well
as the new release of previously unheard performances. She has performed
as a soloist and ensemble musician in the United States, Europe,
Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Hawaii and has performed
on many radio and television broadcasts. Ms. Fruchter has been active
on the international music scene for more than thirty years, and
she brings a highly recognizable name to this organization.
Development Manager: Ruth C. Southland
Ruth Southland is the Development Manager for Music For All Seasons,
coordinating all fund-raising events, maintaining the organization's
database, and providing administrative support to the Executive
Director and the Artistic Director. Ruth has previously served as
Executive Secretary to Women of Reform Judaism in New York City
and as the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Communications
of the Faculty of Management at Rutgers University. Her colorful
background includes serving as the Casino Gaming Auditor for the
Showboat Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas where she was responsible for
the daily audit of the six million dollar Casino Cage and the enforcement
of State Gaming Regulatory Laws. She also spent six months on a
fish processing ship in Alaska and three months in a fish processing
plant in Chignik, Alaska. Ruth attended Brandeis University with
a major in Art History and a minor in Music, is a proficient violinist
and violist, is proficient in French and is a highly skilled editor.
